How We Prep Your Home:
- Carefully move furniture, if necessary.
- Cover floors and furniture with drop cloths and/or plastic. We are extremely careful not to drip paint.
- For exteriors, we cover all landscaping, pavement, walkways, glass, lights, and any other surfaces not being painted to protect from drips or damage.
- Remove electrical plates from walls (and replace when finished).
- Skim coat, sand and prepare walls and ceilings as needed to repair cracks, nail pops, and blemishes.
- Skillfully apply putty and caulk to the trim work where needed. We’ll remove any old caulk as needed and re-caulk.
- Return all furniture back to it’s original position when the project is complete.
- Thoroughly clean up after ourselves each day
